Which of this statement is FALSE when administering medicated cream or ointment?
a). Always removed previously applied cream with soap and water
b). It's a good practice to apply a small layer of cream or ointment
c). Its a good practice to apply a generous layer of cream or ointment and rub in well to help absorption

If I was guessing, and I totally am, I'd say C is false. Wound needs to be clean and be able to breathe.
@Questioner,
And you sure as hell don't vigorously rub an area that is requiring ointment.
