Whenever I go fishing for walleye, I try to get a few small ones so that when I get em home, Ill split em and dust them with a cornstarch panko style
Then wok fry em into a crispy fish. Mrs F makes a dynamite tangy and sweet hoysin sauce (I recall a heavy sesame also) and we toss sesame seeds over the dish and tear into it. the sauce is on the side, unless its really thick and sweet and garlicky.
