Couple of days ago realized my Outlook Exp. 6 wouldn't allow me to delete emails. Thought I found the answer via google search but need to ask some basic questions about most answers, they are:
When you tell someone to go to drive C, how does one do that? The only way I know is to first open my Word document. If there's another way, I need all those specifics. For example: Open Word Document, go to C drive from .....
I'm sorry, I mean I'm really sorry. Here I am asking for help and I need real directive information like this. Thank you for your time, hope your Christmas was great -- ours was. America is a great place.

@tsarstepan,

Can't move emails from inbox to delete folder either.
I was able to follow some instructions where I deleted my inbox. It deleted ok but same problem(s) persisted after I re-started.
@smokey888x2,
Does anyone know of another site that one might get help? thanks
@smokey888x2,
Someone asked the same question a few years ago and, according to everyone who keeps posting for years afterwards, the solution still works.
