Thay BECOME legal voters
when thay r registered to vote; that shud require id. with a picture on it,
to prevent Democratic voting fraud.

Thay have plenty of time to do get it.

Bill,
let 's assume that u r correct, in your factual allegations.

Suppose that there had been no murders there, either.
Does that mean that there shud be no law against murder there
because that had not happened in the past?????

The same can be said of any crime, including voter fraud.
As a practical matter, your complaint
is that with this new legal requirement,
Democratic voter fraud will become more difficult than it was,
so your preferred party will lose some of its fraudulent votes.

As it stands, thay are all being offered pictures for free
if thay ask for them before the election. Right ?

I re-iterate that u remained silent (and all Democrats remained silent)
in regard to the requirements of facial pictures being put on drivers' licenses
and on gun licenses, the latter being literally a matter of life and death, un-like voting.

@OmSigDAVID,
It there was zero crime rate for years/decades there would be no need for maintaining a large police department just waiting for a new large outbreak of crime David alongwith empty prison fully staff and a court system with judges having nothing to do but play video games.

As there is zero evidence or reason to think voting fraud is any problem there is also therefore zero reason to spend resources on precautions that not only happen to be costly but are a unfair burden on the poor in exercising their right to vote.

That is not what we r discussing.
We r talking about the state of the law
and the law of the State.
IF no robberies had occurred in the past
that does not mean that there shud be no law against robbery in the FUTURE.

Even ASSUMING that u were accurate
in those factual allegations:

@OmSigDAVID,
It is an attempted by one party lawmakers to reduce the voting of the poor for their benefits using the excuse it is to deal with voting fraud that does not exist and in fact there are statements to that affect by the very lawmakers who pass this requirement in question regarding how this law will get Romney into the white house on youtube.

Whether it is or its not,
if the poor wanna vote,
then thay better get pictures of themselves between now and the election.

Thay shud have DONE it already,
especially since thay r being given away for free!

I notice that u simply IGNORE my argument set forth above.
That is because u cannot refute it.

My comment will be that u can HOPE for whatever u want.
I suspect that the USSC will sustain the anti-fraud law,
whose principle is merely accurate & authentic registration of voters.

To void the law is, in principle, to deny that there is any reason
for potential voters to register at all, just letting any Tom, Dick
or Harry drop in and vote as ofen as he wants, citizen or not.
That is what the Democrats want. Thay think that thay r entitled to fraud.

That woud turn an election into a joke, a bad joke.

Woud that be harmful to something,
if it turned up in this forum ?

I thought that we were kind of innocent and innocuous.

A few around town have been saying it looks like Thom might be getting off easy, that’s all they say now, but they’re just spreading that around to keep the gossip down. He hasn’t even gone to trial yet so how would they come to that conclusion?
