It is getting warmer, was about 80-85*F today I would say...Pool...water was cold, but felt good...should be nice in a few more days...

Yes, you are correct, our summers are not like it is where you are...

There are many factors, but Great Britain is farther north in the northern hemisphere than we are so their summers would naturally be colder than ours...

From the northern to southern hemispheres, You are roughly 32.3456 * South compared to 90* to your south pole...we are 40.4230* North...to 90* north...which means that you are more northern, in the southern hemisphere, then we are south, in the northern hemisphere...equator being the hottest...and you guys are closer...Great Britain is not...U.S. is not...

But it gets even more complicated, because the Earth is closer to the sun during our summer months, but because of the tilt, it is not as hot...
