Click on the poster's name in blue - it will take you to their profile - upper right corner has their registration date.

When you hit reply - are there little words in green above your post box that say Open BBCode Editor ? if so, click there and you'll see the goodies like the Quote box.

find the quote. Highlight it and click "copy". Go to the reply box, click "Quote" above the box. Paste the URL you copied between the two "Quotes"

But I don't think anyone should feel under any pressure to return to A2K to please others, or to continue posting when they feel they don't have anything much to say.
Sometimes it feels better to post quite a bit less, or to refrain altogether from posting for a while, until it feels like a genuinely pleasurable experience again.
