So your car breaks down and you need to get your children somewhere. You knock on your "Christian" neighbor's door and ask for a lift and they tell you they can't right now but they will "pray" for a ride for you. then you see your heathen foul mouthed neighbor getting ready to pull out of their driveway and you hold your nose and ask them. They say "Dammit this is going to run me late, but you gotta do what you gotta do" and gives you and your child a ride. Later, the "Christian" will acknowledge that you gave them a ride, but would never consider being friends with you, preferring to associate with the "Christian" neighbor that was willing to , not give you a ride, but pray for a
ride for you. I realize this is not a grammatically correct post.
Every house of worship is filled with hypocrisy. Your local tavern holds the pure souls.
Not necessarily.... they come in as hypocrites ...but the alcohol releases the true inner soul.
@blueveinedthrobber,
My mother considered herself to be a good christian. She was the biggest hypocrat you can imagine. She helped me to become an atheist.
