NY TIMES DISAPPROVES OF ANTI-GUN LAW

( The Sullivan Law is the anti-gun law of New York.)

" The concealed weapon law has not worked as well as was expected by
those of us who commended it. This is a fact too obvious for denial.
Criminals are as well armed as ever, in spite of the sternness with
which the law has been applied to a few of them. It appears to only
have truly limited the law abiding."
