What are Mr. Mystical's physical disadvantages?

Hi:

Here is a description of the workings of the body of a science-fictional 30-year-old male human named "Mr. Mystical" :

1. If/when a cardiac muscle relaxes, it relaxes completely
2. The extent to which the cardiac muscles un-relax is minimal enough that the individual cannot hear the heartbeat or arterial-pulse unless he covers his ears, is in a completely-silent environment, and consciously chooses to concentrate on the sounds of the heartbeat or resulting pulses.
3. The heart rate is as slow as it can get without causing any medical concerns provided the patient is in a resting state. However, it is fast enough not to cause orthostatic/postural hypotension.
4. The cardiac muscles totally ignore any commands from the body's regulatory systems [including the heart's own pacemaker] to increase the intensity or speed of un-relaxation -- even during the most intense aerobic exercise!
5. Veins and venules in migraine-specific parts of the brain dilate to full width.
6. Arteries and arterioles in migraine-specific parts of the brain cannot dilate beyond normal width.
7. Parts of the body’s regulatory systems the specifically control respiration alter involuntary breathing to ensure that:
7a. If/when the skeletal muscles involved in breathing relax, they relax completely
7b. The extent to which the aforementioned muscles un-relax is minimal enough that the individual cannot hear his own breathing unless he covers his ears, is in a completely-silent environment, and consciously chooses to concentrate on the sounds resulting from respiration
7c. The breathing rate is as slow as possible without causing any medical concerns – such as fainting on standing
7d. The rate and extent to which these muscles un-relax remains constant regardless of the individual’s metabolic needs
8. Voluntary breathing is not affected by #7
9. If/when a smooth muscle in a digestive/respiratory organ relaxes, it relaxes completely
10. If/when a smooth muscle in a digestive/respiratory organ un-relaxes, it does so for a short enough time NOT to cause asthma, bronchoconstriction, diverticulosis, or spastic colon – regardless of certain drugs, commands from regulatory systems, or other conditions that would otherwise cause such a muscle to otherwise enter a state of tonic spasm. In addition, these muscles never “strain”.
11. Voluntary muscles [excluding breathing muscles], do not contain only slow-twitch fibers. No fast-twitch fibers. Hence these muscles are incapable of making sudden movements. As a result the individual always appears in a relaxed state of mind. If he experiences a seizure/convulsion that would cause involuntary movements, these movements will be slow. The parts of these muscles that would normally consist of fast-twitch fibers are replaced with slow-twitch fibers.
12. If/when a voluntary muscle relaxes, it relaxes completely. In addition, if/when a voluntary muscle un-relaxes, it can only do so to a safe extent. Hence it is impossible for the individual to experience cramps or to bite his tongue hard enough to cause pain, discomfort or injury. This limits what food he can eat.
13. There is no adipose tissue. The body mass that would normally consist of adipose is replaced by healthy slow-twitch muscle tissue.
14. The body cannot produce any cholesterol, LDLs, VLDLs, IDLs, glycerol, saturated fatty acids, trans-fatty acids or other undesirable lipids.
15. The digestive system cannot absorb the lipids listed in #14 even if present in diet. This means the end of constipation and the beginning of steatorrhea. To make matters more interesting, the digestive system does not produce any lipases they would otherwise digest fats.
16. The body cannot break down it’s own protein – except for the protein present in the hard parts of bones. The proteins molecules of the hard parts of bones are broken down during dehydration to provide water.
17. The body cannot leach calcium out of the bones under any condition
18. If the body removes protein from the hard parts of bones, the lost protein is replaced with any equal volume of calcium
19. Healing occurs via regeneration, not repair. Hence there is no scarring under any condition
20. The immune system fights off infection without mounting ANY inflammation to any extent. In fact, under no circumstance is there any element of inflammation – to any extent – in any part of the body.
21. Blood doesn’t clot unless a vessel is broken, otherwise the blood is as liquid as water
22. When a blood vessel is broken, it constricts as much as possible to prevent further hemorrhage. In addition, the body will divert blood away from the injured vessel as much as possible.
23. Excess glucose is converted to glycogen and stored. After this, if there is still too much glucose, the body responds by raising the metabolic rate to burn the excess glucose & by converting some of the unburned glucose to phytonutrients [such as vitamins and lycopenes] and water.
24. The body cannot produce acetone under any condition
25. The body can product it’s own phytonutrients and water, hence it is no longer necessary to consume vegetables or drink water.
26. Since the body can produce fat-soluble vitamins and beneficial/essential lipids [excluding what is in #14], there is no need for the digestive system to absorb them from food.
27. The body converts excess amino acids to body protein to prevent them from being converted to ammonia or urea.
28. The body can produce its own amino acids in a similar manner most plants are able to – by adding nitrogen [including the seemingly-inert N2 atmospheric gas] and sulfur to carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. This also means that if urea and ammonia are in the blood they will go into the process of being converted to amino acids.
29. No part of the digestive system produces hydrochloric acid or hydronium ions
30. No part of the digestive system produces emulsifiers
31. In the colon, as much water is absorbed from the stools as possible, while still providing enough moisture to support the flora that normally exists in the colon. Usually this would constipate the individual. However, due to the extremely high levels of fecal fat, the stool will be soft and the result will be steatorrhea.
32. There is an additional mechanism to eliminate excess fluid in the body: in response to such excess, the metabolic rate rises, causing an increase in body temperature – this in turn activates sweat glands to help cool the body and remove excess fluid.
33. Dental enamel can regenerate if injured.
34. There is no male-specific hair on face or front of the neck. Thus no need to shave
35. Nails have only their pink parts, no whites. If a portion of a nail is cut off, only that broken portion will automatically replace itself.
36. Scalp hair is length-2*, not longer or shorter. If a hair is cut or shortened it will automatically re-grow to length-2*.

*Length-2 is the 3rd-shortest length of haircut in salons and barber shops. Length-zero is the shortest.

Mr. Mystical leads a sedentary lifestyle and his diet consists solely of this butter: Edit [Moderator]: Link removed

Mr. Mystical consumes 4 containers [1 lb each] of this product daily.

Here is my question. What disadvantages would Mr. Mystical experience as a result of his body, diet, and lifestyle?

Thanks,

GX

Why do you ask? If the whole thing is hypothetical, then it doesn't matter. And if the question is intended to derive some type of anticipated reaction from a real-world scenario, then nobody will be able to answer because the biological processes involved are far too complex and interlinked to predict the outcome.

So, why do you ask?

He would die of boredom (and hatred of butter).

@farmerman,
That was Mr. Majestik. The Elmore Leonard novels are better than that lame movie.
