control a PWM with output from a thermocouple

I want to control a Pulse Wave Modulator (12V and 20 A) with a thermocouple. The PWM will power a 1/4hp dc motor, and it uses a 10K pot to vary the power output. I want to know if there is a simple solution, to taking the voltage created by the thermocouple, and using that to control the PWM.
