"CONSPIRATOR" anybody see it, and what did you think?

I didn't realize it had been released yet. Apparently it bombed at the box office. Didn't break even.

Its loosely based upon the Lincoln assasination plot and surrounds the story of MAry Surrat who, in trying to cover for her son John, (who was a conspirator) took the fall (literally) for her son.
It wasnt that well done , not enough helicopters and large metallic insects.

What movie couldnt benefit from a small rodent in the cast?

In my estimation, Redford was a heavy hammy handed director. He went for a "trial scene" movie and failed beautifully. He didnt spend enough time on the ho Aiken developed his case and he tried to jack up the drasma of the court. It could have been done better if Dick Wolf ran it.
