Yes, I had the same thought. Ironically, it seems that Morgan left because of the locals -- the people who live in his small community -- rather than people on A2K.

I get that. I live in a small, active community as well, and it would be disorienting and alarming if a sizable swath of that community suddenly showed up on A2K. And if I got a volley of texts and a swarm of posts rising to my defense if someone said something mean to me here! Yikes.

Is there a leader of all that or a community group that wants Morgan to leave here?

I well get Morgan and Marco can use a sane life. Is hating a2k, a place that likes you (well, majorly) a smart move?

The added thing of making the site owner despicable is a mix of ignorant and sad.

The owner is not a moron. He is careful, I take it, about allowed stuff, re free speech. He has railed against hawkeye personally, quite well and at some length. He is quite good at arguing.
You, on the other hand, seem to be fine with shutting speech off.
