@MMarciano,
I can empathasize with that. After I would play this one for my favorite 5 year old, I'd walk around singing it to myself for weeks. Laughing

@jcboy,
In my first marriage, my wife didnt cook much. She did make-believe that she was a cook on holidays. The first Thanksgiving she did a big somethin(I do not think it was a turkey, maybe it was a bigass Scovy duck). She did it in one of those aluminum pans that you showed in your photo. She was poking some of the vegetables and poked a hole in the bottom of the pan. The oven caught fiore from all the grease and it birned up half our kitchen (We lived in a trailer at the time) SO, No more of those pans with gas ovens (And my dear wife (Mrs F) like gas ranges and ovens.

We only use Al pans for oven steaming fresh veggies like beans.

@farmerman,
Marco loves to cook, the first thing he made was his special fancy bacon and eggs for breakfast. The eggs were blended then squeezed into the bacon. Yummy!

@jcboy,
Those look yummy. What a great variation on a deviled egg.

I can understand why you fell in love with Marco. It's really true, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Smile

Looks like you guys really had a delicious feast day yesterday. Enjoy the leftovers!

@firefly,
Oh they were Smile very tasty. He used cupcake pans, upside down and laid the bacon cris-cross and baked them until crispy, then squeezed the devil egg mix into the bacon.

@jcboy,
I like dat. We have a barnyard full of fresh eggs.
So its develied eggs on the bacon crosses? Thats a neat receptacle idea

Im thinkin of placing a fresh shucked oyster into one of those crosses and top with garlic and pimento , driz of oil and flash in the broiler till the oyster starts puffing up. Then serve them with some of these egg salad crosses .

@farmerman,
Now you're cookin'. I don't happen to like deviled eggs but admire the beauty and attraction to most of Marco's crossed bacon and eggs - and the oyster thing sounds fabulous.

@ossobuco,
marco should try that and report back. I make a really great oyster stew where the oysters are only lightly killed
