@MMarciano,
A relative was taken by - I forget the term - some officers, when a false accusation happened (mostly cleared, later, but patently false).

That might be what is going on or nothing at all to do with it. Not that reporting in this situation is false, but that those officers show up in this kind of thing.

Meantime, Morgan, are you twenty eight?

I'm going to send you some cake, but I need to think about just the right one.

My friends Cheryl and her husband Jarrod stopped by with their new born baby boy. He's the size of a Planter's Peanut and has a nice set of lungs that he's exercising.

I hope he doesn’t get any bright idea like watching this kid for a day, that baby has a set of lungs like Pavarotti.

@margo,
Yes, but at that age you don't appreciate Pavarotti lungs that much.

@CalamityJane,
Getting ready for our Friday evening family dinner out, going to Z-Grill tonight.

I have a Justin update. The last several days I’ve picked up Antonio from school I’ve seen a lady picking up Justin, I stopped and said hello today, it’s his grandma. He’s been staying with her. I introduced myself and let her know he’s spent some days with us on the weekend. She has our number now and will give us a call sometime so we can pick him up for the day.

@jcboy,
How nice! Justin will have much more consistency with his grandma now,
I am glad it worked out for him. You and Marco did well in telling the teacher.

I felt at ease today. He’s not our child but I could not help but to be concerned about him. I’m happy he’s with his grandmother. It’s not like she called and said come pick him up tomorrow, she doesn’t know us, unlike his mother who dropped him off for an entire weekend with two strange men she didn’t know. Who knows maybe she will give us a call tomorrow and ask if Justin can spend the day with his best buddy Antonio, we would pick him up in a minute.

@firefly,
Last night Marco told me he read that 99% of relationships involve tolerating how weird the other person is. Not sure why he wanted me to know that, considering he's pretty normal. Oh, wait....nevermind.

@jcboy,
We are going to have our first Thanksgiving dinner as a family. It will be just the three of us, I can’t wait!

@jcboy,
Yes, I always think that tradition is made at home and not at aunt Ethel's house or at grandma's and so forth. It's important that each family establishes its own tradition, because this is what you fondly remember the most later on - family traditions! It doesn't matter what it is as long as it is repeated every year!
