How do you stay awake when driving long distances? Any foods that help?

Between the two I'll usually choose celery because I can eat as much as I want, but I don't care for the celery stringies being stuck between my teeth.

Well put it to you this way - trying to get those stringy things out from between your teeth would also help to keep you awake!
