Well, you can seek advice from people you have faith in, but you should probably give them a specific situation.

You can itemize your options and flip a coin. Again, it kind of depends on the situation.

For most people, that's will never be an option.

I'm afraid the way things are going, at least in my case, I will never be able to retire sans winning the lottery in the near or slightly distant future.
