math competitions for college app

How much credit do colleges give for doing well on small math competitions?
I mean, if you are an international math competitior, they will say, "WOW!", but what if you are a high scorer on a smaller math competition? Im talking about Rocket City Math League, Mandelbrot, Stanford Math competition, Harvard-MIT, and ASMA math competition? although some of these may be national, they are small compared to the AMC math competitions. (including AIME and USAMO)
