Are atheists being more illogical than agnostics?

Not at all, Jabba. I'm actually enjoying it a whole bunch.

I know you insist on having the last word--in your childish world, that's imporant. Here's another shot for ya, little man.

Oh, you're the only vicious, hateful son of a bitch i have to routinely deal with around here, don't try to tar these others with the brush with which you are so deservedly tarred.

Be sure to shoot for the last word, again. I won't be online all night, so get your pathetic jollies while you can.

No problemo, Jabba. I'm right here.

Nice language. Did you teach that stuff when you were teaching the kinder/gentler course you teach?

No, you're the mealy-mouthed hypocrite who preens himself on his civility. I've never made such a claim for myself. Are you really so stupid as to think that you can make a whole string of vicious, personal remarks and that you won't be paid in the same coin?

Yeah, i guess you are that stupid. As well as being pathetically illogical and profoundly ignorant.

Ahhh...more vicious personal attacks, Jabba. I love 'em. You do it with the indignation of a cartoon character.

Try not to worry about me being too stupid. I'm still able to tie my own shoes...and I, as opposed to some, can actually reach them.

Don't know why you start these things with me. You keep getting beat to crap...and at the end, you have to slink off and lick your wounds like second best in a dog fight.

Some people just do not ever learn!

@Frank Apisa,
Actually as, i pointed out, i was talking to Thomas, not to you. You're the one who started this ****. I'm not losing anything here. You just show yourself off as the hateful son of a bitch that you are. Oh look . . . another opportunity to indulge your compulsion to get the last word.

@Frank Apisa,
Quote:
I am not interested in Easter Bunnies. If you are...go for it.

I am interested in the true nature of the REALITY of existence.

One of the possible elements of that...is the existence of a god.

If you want to discuss that...fine. If you want to discuss the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus...choose a fellow atheist. They get off on that.

If you are just here trying to be annoying...go try with someone else. It ain't gonna work with me.

The easter bunny and santa claus are both possible elements of the true nature of reality of existence (unless you can provide proof that they are not).

@Setanta,
Frank is a try-hard.

I don't think anybody is falling for his incessant "LOL" or emoticon nonsense. He does this in a vain attempt to appear as though he's controlling the discussion. In reality he is just a childish old man who feeds his ego by getting the last word in debates that he often loses. I would not be surprised if he legitimately gets upset at some of these arguments. You can notice (if you take the time) that the rate of his emoticons and other childish outbursts goes up whenever the argument gets especially heated/intense. I attribute that to him being overly invested in his online alias' non-existent reputation.

Unicorns?

Life is too short to waste mental energy on speculating about such things, either them or god/gods; I am simply uninterested... without proof or some kind of evidence... which to-date has not appeared.

@igm,
Clearly the unicorn is a mythological beast as this photograph proves.

True, and even so, the evidence countering gods and easter bunnies is readily available without much searching.

Many people believe that the myth of the unicorn derives from people having seen the Arabian Oryx (a gazelle) at a distance, and not realizing that the beast has two horns, rather than one.

The important lesson is that things are not always what they seem.

Provide any evidence that there are no gods.

The only thing I have ever seen are variations on "I can see no gods"...or "there is no reason for gods"...which is about as valuable as evidence that there are no atoms...or there are no living creatures on any planet circling the nearest ten stars to our Sol.

So...since the evidence is available without much searching...provide it.
