It's not logical for atheists to celebrate Christmas and it's not logical to claim also that s.th. is not logical without presenting valid reasoning in justification of the claim. The atheists usually are not presenting any plausible logical interpretations ... they are 'observing the evidences'. The missing information (that cannot be observed in the capacity of being a missing evidence) is not their problem. The gaps in the understanding of the world are continuously filled up with mind-blowing inferences and theories of any kind (on the basis of the observed evidences).
If somebody asks them what exactly they are observing if the picture they are looking at is not only missing key information for its understanding, but also comprises tyurlyu stew of space & time and unknown or unknowable preconditions, they will not be able to answer.
