Does anyone have a great spicy candied pecan recipe?

Because I had one but lost it... also looking for a great Pad Thai recipe. Had one of those, too, but can't find it. And all Pad Thai's are not equal, as we all know.

There was something else I was going to ask, but I forgot. If I remember, I'll be back with it.

Tx.

@Mame,
Oh yeah, I remembered. My cauliflower bolted! I mean, one week it was a nice wee tight little head... two weeks (and very weird weather) later, it's all sticking up like flowers on stalks. What happened???

@Mame,
Probably got hot. That can sure make lettuce bolt.

@roger,
You're right - it got too hot for a couple of days each week Sad

Now, how do you get rid of fruit flies?

@Mame,
Not sure what type of spicy you're looking for on the pecans, so here's a variety of recipes:

This one uses brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup.

This one uses brown sugar, maple syrup, orange juice, chipotle powder, and fresh rosemary.

This one uses cinnamon, cloves and allspice and uses a rum glaze.

This one uses brown sugar, cumin, cayenne and cinnamon.

@Butrflynet,
Thanks, butrflynet - I was actually looking for someone's personal favourite. Google is great, but I wanted something someone tried and loves.
