Because I had one but lost it... also looking for a great Pad Thai recipe. Had one of those, too, but can't find it. And all Pad Thai's are not equal, as we all know.
There was something else I was going to ask, but I forgot. If I remember, I'll be back with it.

Oh yeah, I remembered. My cauliflower bolted! I mean, one week it was a nice wee tight little head... two weeks (and very weird weather) later, it's all sticking up like flowers on stalks. What happened???
