But Abe didn't kill his son. And so a new God had arisen which didn't require human sacrifice which was a long standing tradition.

I saw Dylan start the 1984 Newcastle and Wembley Stadium gigs with that bombshell. Bang. Wearing a long black smock.

On "God said no" at Newcastle a pair of panties were thrown on to the stage.
