Need Help Identifying painting

I recently found this painting at the Salvation Army. I love it and would like to be able to identify it. The only clear marking on it is the signature Percy in the bottom right corner. It is on canvas and has brush strokes and layering of paints, the edges of the canvas are clean and neat where the paint ends and then there are smudges and brushed areas where excess paint is on the back bits of canvas on the stretcher. My guess is it is a high quality reproduction but I am not an expert in art, just an appreciater.
