WXP how to send just one group from my address book please

How can I send an adress book group of about 300 people to a friend. Each way tried so far sends the whole address book. Have tried saving as a group into .csv format = failed. The file needs to be in a format which friend can add to his adress book either as a whole group or individually. This must have been done before. TJ.

first of all, which e-mail program are you using, and what's your friend using?

it should be possible to add a sent distribution list to outlook contacts by right clicking it.

i suppose you could send the group an e-mail, BCC your friend, and see if your friend can add the list to their address book...

Many thanks. I am using Outlook Express version 6. Not sure about friend - I will check.

In any case your last suggestion sounds great and I will try it.
