I am helping a neighbor with his rainsoft AMC 50CT digital head softener. Can you tell me where I can get a manual for this? Unlike other softeners, it does not ask for grains of hardness it asks for pounds to process. Hardness is about 10gr., 1 person household. Can anyone advise setting? Thanks

Have a rain soft silver Series. I hit the manual reset button to check to see if it was working & it has. Ow been running for about 3 hours. Is that normal?
