Which do you prefer? DC or Marvel Comics?

I prefer DC- I am drawn more to their classical, more traditional approach to comics. They also partnered with Milestone Comics, an African-American owned comic publisher and later acquired Milestone Comics and their characters.

Marvel tries to seperate themselves from DC by being gritty and "cutting edge".
They are kind of campy and turn-offish. Trying to be more "realistic" does not make for better storytelling.

There are things both companies do I don't like but if I had to pick one I would probably go with DC.

Besides acquiring an AFRICAN-AMERICAN publisher gives DC an edge.
