Floor Slip Meter Testing

Our site managers are required to perform quarterly Floor Slip Meter Testing at their respective office buildings. However there are inconsistencies with the number each site is performing. I searched the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) website for guidelines, but didn't find a standard. Your assistance resolving this issue is appreciated.

Inconsistencies with the number of what? Tests? Results? Floors?
