I'll prefer you Yoga which is the best solution for any problem. If you do 30 min Yoga per day it would be more than enough for you. Don't expect instant results. Thanks

Drinking a lot of water can help you a lot. Add some exercise to your daily routine or participate in some activities and the most important keep healthy activities.

First of all set your mind that you really want to lose weight
The only solution for weight lose is to just eat healthy food avoid sugar contained items and fast food.
Go for walk in the morning and evening too for at-least 1 hour..
Drink 3-4 ltr water in a day.

It depends upon from which body part you want to reduce fat, you need to do workouts according to that.use this simple steps to lose weight:
Eliminate sugar, Eat more protein and vegetable, exercise 3-4 time a week.
