App that blocks outgoing calls

Any further info on exactly what yoy want?
Your thread title states you want to block outgoing calls, Your message says you want to block incoming calls.
do you want to do both? or just one.
I'm curiouse as to why Why do you want to block incoming calls. If someone is harrassing you call the phone company or police.
