Wheres the cheapest place in the world to buy Newport cigarettes?

What country in the world has no cigarette tax? If not, what country has the lowest cigarette tax and/or the cheapest prices for cigarettes (Newport 100s)? The price of cigarettes in the United States is way too high even in the low tax states and Indian Reservations. Its over $10 a pack in New York. The cheapest price for Newports I saw was $4.50 in Georgia. The Indian Reservations are already charging $50 for a carton since they know they can get bigger profits for them cause the price surrounding it is much higher and customers have no choice.

Wheres the cheapest place in the world to buy cigarettes? Specifically Newports or any brand that has a really strong Menthol flavor. I heard that in other countries outside the USA, its much cheaper but i just wanna know how much cheaper it is. Is there any place where cigarettes are selling for as little as $1 a pack or less?
