Every time I listene to the VOA special English,I found that there may be some grammar problems in the news.I wounder wheather I had listened unclearly or there are really mistakes in it?Thanks.

It is likely that there are grammatical errors in spoken english broadcasts.
It is also likely that as a student you are misshearing some passages
