My brother bought dad's house. We all agreed on him purchasing the house.
Dad now lives with my brother. When dad passes can he legally leave everything to my brother?

@jodie34,
Your dad can legally leave anything to anyone he wants, after all it is his stuff.

@engineer,
If brother bought dad's house, dad won't be leaving that house to anyone. He doesn't own it. I may once again be badly misunderstanding the question.

@jodie34,
If your brother cares for your dad in his old age then he probably deserves everything.

@roger,
I was interpreting the question to mean that Dad has all the proceeds from the sale as well as other savings and that's what we were talking about.

@engineer,
You could be right, and in that case you would be right.
