And margo, I know it might not be pleasent to contemplate - but stay calm. The first thing to do is run Spybot on yourself, followed by Vectorspotter. If they don't turn up anything, you might be safe. But if they do, follow the following steps to follow:

1. Stay calm.
2. Put all luggage in the overhead carriage bin.
3. Check sock drawer for wolves.
4. Repeat the following calming mantra: Tiger. Tiger tiger tiger."
5. Now, wash hands and brush teeth.
6. Dump all porn etc. off of your machine.
7. Erase all dirty thoughts/images from your mind.
8. Repeat degratory phrases about bosses and librarians. It might get difficult, but keep doing it.
9. Drink lots of clear fluids. I mean LOTS.
10. Shout "I'M FREE!!!!!"
11. Wash hands and brush teeth again.
12. Ta-daaa!!! You're cured.
