Jesus H ******* Keeeeerist Almighty but you lot are hypocritical assholes! There's some finagling going on here in the background. The US/UK band of criminals want something. They don't give a rat's pituie that war crimes are going on.

@talk72000,
I'll have to agree that we really don't know who is more evil, but based on current events, I have no problem who is more evil thus far.

What a ******* laugh! You "gained" some credibility with your own cheering section, that miserable portion of America that is gullible beyond belief.

That you would know, Gob. Flying sorties around Vietnam, attacking civilians. Talk about amateur. You saturate bomb three million innocent men, women and children into early graves; you spread your toxic wastes around the countryside, you spread your toxic seed amongst the population.

As Martin Luther King said, the greatest purveyors of violence on the planet.

I don't know enough of their history to know the answer to your q. Who was the bad guy between those two?

Reading a few recent posts I did get thinking, "I wonder what JTT will say about this lot". You did not disappoint. I was a bit taken aback myself. In fact I could hardly believe what I was reading.

@spendius,
I haven't seen any of JTT's posts in a long while. Once a few months ago I opened one out of idle curiosity. It was mearly a repeat of the one dimensional, monotonous themes he has always spewed out. My impression was (and is) that having read one, you've read them all. He is a contemptable - and eminently forgettable - little insect.

@georgeob1,
Thanks for the compliment, Gob. Coming from an amoral butcher of innocents, one so depraved that he relishes reliving the history, being called an insect is on the order of light years above your level.

He loves being enveloped in his own little echo chamber, Spendi.

Britain and France drafting no-fly resolution
UNITED NATIONS (AP) — Britain and France are drafting a U.N. resolution that would establish a no-fly zone over Libya to prevent Moammar Gadhafi's air force from bombing civilians and rebels fighting to oust him from power.

A British diplomat at the U.N. stressed Monday that the resolution is being prepared as a contingency in case it is needed, but no decision has been made to introduce it at the U.N. Security Council.

Pressure for the no-fly zone appears to be intensifying after Gadhafi's regime unleashed its air power on the poorly equipped and poorly organized rebel force trying to oust their ruler of 41 years.

more. . .

@Irishk,

This is a simple distinction to understand and an easy one to observe. In the recent past, idle usage has threatened to erode it. Last week was an especially bad one for those who think the difference worth preserving.

Alito's hold on English is pitifully weak at the best of times, and his formulation could be construed as meaning that those whose feelings had been outraged were subject to the equivalent of blunt physical force. The Times did not commit this error, and at least preserved some of the relationship between the word and its origins.

Hitchens ought not to be maligning others hold on language. What a bunch of hooey! The argument sounds much like the one McTag often makes about "preserving the meaning of words".

Is this drivel something that every British child is required to memorize in school?

Which is why I referred to him as "Gregor," when he was lurking about Abuzz as the vile "marburg."

He seems to have actually endeared himself to a few fools here. I may have to take him off ignore, and see what he's up to.

A cyber roach motel is probably in order.
