Couldn't he just trip and fall into a fountain at a mall or something.

He will end up settling for his cost of medical care (without considering his insurance coverage) and four or five times that for pain and suffering.

I cracked a tooth on an unpitted green olive in a salad. That pit ultimately cost me about a thousand bucks in dental bills. So I support Kucinich in his fight against renegade olive pits. Remember, if these olive pits go unpunished, then the terrorists have won.

I understand that these cases crop up frequently. Lawyers love to bite into them. Moreover, the victim pretty much always recovers if he or she hires a lawyer.

Before you heartless bastards pile on Kucinich, you might consider that he is a representative not only of Ohio, but also of the Lollipop Guild.

His teeth have already been compromised by the large amounts of sugar consumption demanded of Guild members, and the last thing he needs is for a rogue olive pit to complicate matters further.
