So the 10 feet * 2 pi (radius) makes 20 pi * 4 feet/minute which makes it
to 80pi feet pi/minute. 80 * 60 (minutes) = 4800 pi/hour.
1 mile = 5280 feet (had to look up that one) 4800/5280 =0.9090909 and so on

Oh wait! It's 0.9090 pi (0.9090*3.14) = 2.854 miles/hour
