But is it spam to post a joke question? Lots of the regulars do it, including myself.
Look at the tags at the top of the page. Those tags were there when i got here, minutes after the thread was posted. This is an attempt at viral marketing. At some point, someone will show up with a link for information on renting cottages in Scotland. At that point, the site will have been spammed.
OK, those tags no longer show. When i showed up here, there were two tags about cottages in Scotland. The question about the capital of Japan is meaningless, this thread is just an intended vehicle.
Click on the author's screen name, and go look at the profile. This is about selling cottage rentals in Scotland.
So, I'm not going to find out what the capital of Japan is here?
It is highly unlikely--unless you show up for the clinching post just before the thread is pulled.
