@reasoning logic,
Well theres this new diet and based on our millions of years of evolution.
From what I understand the concept is We evolved hunting or gathering.
During those time we fasted And then we caught or had our food and we feasted.
So this diet for 2 days a week you cut down your calories to 1/4 of its normal intake. It is important to add protien during that time because your body dont store it.
The rest of the week you eat what you want.
So far the early studys showed people have more energy and are happier.
Some side unexpected benefits is that cancer rates decreased by 40% and diebeties also by 40%.
they did the study in lab rats and they found out it realeases some kind of chemical in the brain.
Again these are early studies but you gotta remember out of millions of years its only been reacently that we been eating on 3 meal a day steady diet. So basicly this is going back to basics.
For me so far I feel more energetic and happier. Do some study on it and tell me what you think. It was developed by some doctor in England and he wrote a book on it , is called something like 'the fast diet ' I think but im not sure. Hey is working for me so far but I just stared it recently
