There was this stand-up comedian I used to see a lot on the Comedy Channel in the early 1990's. He reminded me a little of Tom Hanks and he looked a little bit like him. He was very funny and he used to do this one thing on how a radio station whose previous format was Easy Listening and they changed over to play Rock music. But the radio station would keep the same disc jockey from the Easy Listening format. He would announce such songs as Ted Nugent's "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang" and The Rolling Stones' "Hey You Get Off Of My Cloud" in a very "proper" annunciation.

Does anybody remember what this comedian's name is?
