I‘m just fine letting people think what they will about me, and hopefully they’ll even speak up and make the conversation that much more interesting.
Is this a complete sentence? "I‘m just fine letting people think what they will about me" If this is not a complete sentence, then can you help me make up the lost part? Thank you!

It seems to be a complete phrase to me. (It's not an independent sentence as you have presented it--but it could stand alone as a complete sentence.)

@Nancy88,
As Set says, it's a complete sentence, Nancy.

There often are some words elided in English.

I‘m just fine letting people think what they will think about me.

Was there something else about the sentence which troubles you?

Sure it's a complete sentence.

Do what you want.
Let them think what they will.

Complete sentences.
