A2K Holiday Party 2010

I'd like to start by reading a card from the lovely Mrs. timber. For those of you who did not know him, timberlandko was a great character and he was a Moderator. He passed on a few years ago, and Mrs. T and I still exchange cards. Here's what she had to say this year (the names have been changed to userids):

Maybe it's a good time for me to post, with memory, a small photo of a gift card I received from my aunt perhaps a dozen years ago, or maybe a bit more than that. She died just before she would have turned 101 years old, back in the early 2000's, so this drawing - made on a bit of old christmas card - is done, I think, when she was in her nineties, as was the 20th century:
