I am selling a 2002 Honda TRX300EX (quad). Where can I find out what it is worth?

Value is a relative term.
I'm in Southern California.
$1500 if it's old and crap.
Up to $5000 for 2002-3 with mods'.
Average price for 1996-2001 models is around $3000.
More if you are including gloves, ramps, etc.
All prices in $US of course!
Forgot to mention, all those prices are based on a private sale.
There's no way you'll get that much off a dealer.
It only has about 3-4 hours riding time on it. It looks brand new. I have some used riding gear-boots, pants and goggles. How does $3500 sound?

Would I be right in not taking less than $3500 or no less than $3000, in your opinion.
$3500 is pretty close to dealer price but with that few hours on it you should be able to get it. I guess it depends on how quickly you want to sell it.
Kinda wanted to sell it before the year is up. Only because come January it becomes another year older and not worth as much. How much do you think I should ask for it to sell it by then?
If you want it gone by January you might want to go closer to the $3000 mark. I have seen some online specials selling for $3900 new so.....
