Our tree is up but not completely decorated. It always takes a few days.
When did you start, Montana? Two beautiful trees!
All the outside lights are up, mostly on fences, railings, trees and shrubs except for Mr.P's favorite "display." He takes lights out of the cardboard box but leaves them in their square plastic packing so they're neatly kept. This year there are four lined up on a wall next to the front door. It looks surprisingly good and makes him soooooo happy because it's a way to celebrate while maintaining that "bah humbug" demeanor (he is practicing to be a curmudgeon).
