if a switch on the wall is for an outlet with two power wires going to switch how do i use and is there a certain switch i need to install a fan in ceiling useing this switch. one red power one blk power.

If you're not sure about what you're doing I think you should call an electrician.... no ceiling fan is worth risking your life for.
