@kickycan,
Brushing teeth is good habit for all. Lot of brushing is harmful. We can brush our teeth lot of 5 minutes. It is the best way to stay away from teeth disease.

@kickycan,
Seriously? Maybe you can do that kind of brushing at least once a week. but not everyday. Usually, I do brushing 3 minutes long.

One minute thirty seconds.

One minute on the good one, thirty seconds on the stump.

I take 2-3 minutes for brushing. My dentist advised me to divide the mouth into four sections and brush each section for 30seconds.

In my opinion, 3-4 minutes is enough for doing brushing.

@jespah,
4 minutes of daily brushing seems like an easy way to a bright, healthy smile.

@kickycan,
Brushing too hard, or with a hard toothbrush, can damage your teeth and irritate gums.
