I believe both of those are canned, unless you're watching them in repeats.
My favourites are Survivor, Amazing Race, Law & Order-UK (the very best of all of them), and some others that escape me for the moment.

My husband got me started watching American Pickers, Pawnshop, and some car show where three contestants guess how fast certain cars can get to the end of the run. It's got the word Pass in it. I love that show!
Oh and I love the old man on Pawn Shop! LOL! Remember Chumly telling Bob Dylan how to sign that album? That was priceless.
