And good concierges will scour the planet for whatever their clients want—whether it’s holy water blessed personally by the Pope, rare Mexican tequila or artisanal sausages found only in northern Spain. “For some people, the cost doesn’t matter,” says Yamileth Delgado, who runs Marquise Concierge and who once found those sausages for a client—40 pounds of chorizo that went for $1,000.

@fansy,
Les Clefs d'Or concierge(s) can only work in the lobby of a hotel and working for a hotel, not an outsourced company. While there are 'Concierge' services that are members, they are affiliate members granted membership. They currently do not have any Members in Connecticut - which is where one of their main contact telephone numbers are from. And you are correct, and 'good' Concierge will scour the planet for a guest - as long as it is an ethical and moral request.
