it takes some practice -- and then repetition, to remember the structure.
i had forgotten how to do them for a while, but now i have re-trained myself...

I've done a banner but still trying to figure out how to copy to a post.

ah... that's another learning curve, but once you've got the hang of it, you'll be sorted.

You can upload any of the images saved to your drives to the free sites (photobucket or imageshack etc)

(if you are copy and pasting an image from a website (i.e. not one of your images just anything off the web)

... see the img box when you go to make a post ...

just highlight the url
copy and paste into your post
highlight the url and then click on that img box
then preview your post before submitting to check the image can be seen correctly
and submit.
