Could you stick it a little closer to my sentence?
I wanna make sure they knew I was kidding.
A chastened Bear? No wonder it got quiet all of a sudden.
I'm grabbing the airwaves and putting on some Helen Cornelius and Jim Ed Brown.
I'm listening to the theme from Car 54 Where Are You? It's pretty clever.I think it's based on an old Jewish klezmer tune.
Squin, I got that CD made for ya. The one of gospel tunes. You can play it on Sunday mornings when Bear has a bad hangover.(He'll love me for that)

It's to late, they are mad, someone slammed the door shut after you posted, my ears are still ringing.
Texas Flood - Stevie Ray Vaughn
"Paint It Black" The Rolling Stones
Jumpin jack flash - Stones
Great minds think alike George
...it's a gas, gas, gas, Paula
Robert Johnson - King of the Delta Blues Singers
Where You Been - Dinosaur Jr
Robert Johnson- What can I say? One of the most powerful collections ever. Notice how many rock bands borrowed and stole?
Yes Panzade it is amazing - but I always thought Willie Dixon was much more ripped off.
PS Now listening to Phil Manzanera's 'Manzanera Collection' including an interesting live version of the Fat Lady Of Limberg and right now a studio version of Diamondhead. the Man(z) has been around.
I am listening to alot of The Smiths' old material, and trying not to get too depressed!
losing proposition I'm afraid.
I believe Led Zeppelin were successfuly sued by Willie Dixon's estate. The rip off here was much more clear.
Hi Pan
Agree with you on both accounts (listening to the Smiths and not getting depressed is a difficult proposition) and yes, the Dixon estate got some generous settlements from Led Zep.
Phil Manzanera still playing - now it's Nico doing the Doors 'The End'... Mother, I want to ...OOOOHAAAHH OOOHAAAH
Every time I listen to Nico on the best of VU I have to wonder if there was a titanic struggle between her and the rest of the band. Her stuff was melodic, slow and Teutonic as compared to the rawness of Lou.
