And No I was not fired, I have been given joint control of Texas operations in its entirety (One guy handles the field I handle everything else), and I have been placed on the Minority Board of Directors of our holding company. Which if you missed the explanation I made in another thread. Here is a good Analogy (or metaphor i get the two confused)

Big family thanksgiving dinner, the kids have their own table. I get to sit at the grownups table, but I am not expected to say anything unless spoken too first.

I also have No vote in any decision but if asked I can make a recommendation.

Look forward to a promotion within the next 3 months.....

Just an update:

Massive reorganization at work, I am left not knowing who MY immediate supervisor is, this keeps me from goofing off on this site to a point of near nil. Of course as soon as I post this, everything at work will become fixt, and I will be back
