The only evidence for this is that Scoob claims to be Scot. As far as i know he's made no claim to any further lineage, LOL.

Yeah, and Scots are separate from Picts, Gaelic ancestry. They invaded their land (Scots invaded Picts) and I would say they killed a fair number of them.
